These projects cover a wide range of actual building types and level of finishes, including new buildings, media centers, art and science labs, and class room additions. This inflation adjusted unit pricing is applied to your program components to develop the cost budgets. We will provide estimates on an as-needed basis as the project develops through conceptual, schematic, design development and pre-bid phases. The initial estimate will form the basis of any required value engineering. Our estimating accuracy is 98% of estimate to actual, which is key to the budget planning process.
